Cécile, born and raised in Paris, holds a Baccalauréat in French literature and a master's degree in Languages and History from the University of Jussieu (Paris 7). She began her career as a script counselor and later became a publicist for French and international films. Hired by the Public Système, she contributed to organizing prestigious film festivals in France, such as the American Film Festival of Deauville. In 1996, after winning a green card, she moved to the U.S., teaching French in New York City before relocating to Los Angeles. There, she coordinated the French Film Festival (COLCOA) while teaching and preparing students for the French Advanced Placement. Cécile, a mother of two, has been teaching at the Alliance Française for five years.
