Cédric Le Marec

Hello everyone, my name is Cedric. I grew up in France, in Lorient in Bretagne. In France, I am a certified Spanish and FLE teacher of the French National Education. Teaching is my vocation; I have known it since I was very young. I had the pleasure to teach for 12 years in middle schools, high schools, universities and specialized schools. I left to teach French in Spain where I lived for several years. I even taught as a volunteer in a prison for 2 years while I was still a student. What I appreciate in my job is the contact with the students, seeing that they progress, that I motivate them and that they are happy to come to class.

I played as a pianist in a jazz band and in a French variety band for several years. I love mechanics, I love to tinker, build my own furniture inside and outside, wood, metal, fabric … and I am passionate about the restoration of old buildings, I have a diploma in Construction and Restoration of the Heritage which allowed me to work 3 years in this field.

I love to walk in nature, and I can stay for hours admiring it. I love to bike, going with my tent and my little trailer attached to the bike and visit new places.
