TRANSITION (2½-3years)
Our transition class allows young children to learn to adapt in a smooth fashion to a school environment. Game-like activities alternate with first steps in school work. Transition classes also help with sparing young children (and their parents!) From separation anxiety. Parents are encouraged to join in and participate in activities when invited to do so by the instructors.

LA MATERNELLE

In our Maternelle program, children acquire new words and language structures illustrated by a variety of age-appropriate activities. Various arts-and-crafts projects give children the opportunity to practice French and reinforce their new vocabulary. Fluency and confidence will improve through fun activities such as songs, dance, games, stories, and films. A different topic is covered every week. Parent or care giver must remain on site for the duration of the class.

LES MOMES

This course is designed for children whose French is not their first language. The main objective of this class is to help children develop strong communication skills. Students will discover French language and culture, work on basic grammar and explore new vocabulary through interactive and stimulating stories, songs, projects and educational games. The emphasis is on oral communication and most activities aim at developing listening skills through recorded dialogues that will serve as opportunities to discover new grammar, new words and new sounds

JUNIORS

Children will discover French language and culture, basic grammar and vocabulary through interactive and stimulating stories, songs, projects and educational games. The emphasis is on oral communication, with the introduction to reading and writing simple vocabulary.
